Project Type: Conversion of existing office building over two floors to create 4 two bedroom individual apartments, approximately 70m2 each. These works comprised a full mechanical and electrical installation. Dry-lining, ceilings, partitions, raised flooring, thermal and acoustic insulation, a small extension, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, decoration, flooring, access control, fire alarms, new hand rail to staircase. External works included; cladding, balconies, new windows, new shop front access door, bin stores and cycle store.

Contract Period: 32 weeks (January – August 2017)
