Location: Oakenholt Care Home, Oxford 

Project Type: Stripped out and altered internal walls to 2nd floor bedrooms of old building of care home to create one premier grade double room for Caring Homes Group Ltd. Formed new bedroom, wet room and kitchenette. Altered all heating to install LST radiators throughout. Alterations to fire alarm system. Constructed wet room with level access shower, new sanitary ware, tiles, lights and vinyl flooring. New doors and kitchen.
