Project Type: Removal of existing steel framed conservatory roof and installation of new warm deck roof and glass lantern. Internal fit out of new link corridor, plastering, decorations new LST radiators. Elsewhere construction of new clinical room including all necessary fit out to client’s specification. New hair salon and staff training room. New windows and fencing. All electrical and mechanical works including heat/cool units in new lounge. Liaison with existing fire, security and nurse call providers to the home to ensure the home remained operational at all times during the construction works.
