Our client, Vertas Group, a multi-faceted Facilities Management company, had acquired new offices and workshops in Bury St Edmunds to run their transport division from.

The property was in need of a little updating to bring it in line with fire regulations among other things. Colnesett were brought on board to refurbish the area.

The works included the redecoration throughout, new floor coverings, upgraded kitchen facilities, new doors and window filming. We worked in tandem with the client’s own electrical operatives to produce a satisfactory end product.

The client had a deadline to move from their existing property and this date was looming fast whilst legal negotiations were continuing leaving a very short time to complete the works but thanks to the commitment of the team we were able to hand the property over in time for them to complete their move.

The overall value of this project was approximately £20,000.
