Location: Public washroom block, The Promenade, Brightlingsea, Essex. 

Project Type: Full strip out and refurbishment to the existing public washroom block including removal of Asbestos in textured artex ceiling by specialist contractor, new sub floor, new screed, new internal block walls, new ceilings, altro whiterock walls, new cubicles, new specialist wallgate automatic sanitaryware, new electrical and ventilation systems including new sub board, decorations, flooring both altro vinyl and ceramic tiled areas, new entrance doors, lighting internally and externally, external shower and footwash, outside tap and signage. 

Contract Period: 12 weeks.
