Project Type: Strip out and conversion of 6 bedsits into 6 self contained flats comprising individual kitchens and wet rooms. New communal lounge, Staff office, WC and Shower room. New mechanical installation including new boilers and cylinders and upgrading of incoming mains. New electrical and fire alarm systems utilising existing wiring. Installation of IT, WiFi & Tunstall system. 

Contract Period: 24 weeks (July 2017 – Jan 2018)
